Dr. Grailan Kato Ceaser, Sr. is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and the son of Bishop Leo Kato and Dr. Mildred Ceaser. He comes from a family of Ministers and Singers. He has over 70 Ministers in his family and is the fourth generation of ministers and Bishops. His grandfather, the Late Rev. Frank Caesar, was the founder and Pastor of the Kimberly Park Holy Church, Winston Salem, NC. His father, the late Bishop Leo K, Ceaser, was Pastor of First Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, Baltimore, Maryland. He is also the first cousin of twelve-time Grammy Award Winner, Pastor Shirley Caesar. He has been preaching for over 49 years, and has pastored the following churches: Co-Pastor of First Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, New Morning Star Charismatic Church of God in Christ, Ceaser Memorial Freewill Baptist Church, and Williams Tabernacle Freewill Baptist Church. He has also taught in the following Seminaries: Charles Mason Bible College and Logos University in Baltimore, Maryland. He has held the following positions: Vice President of Recruitment, the Baltimore College of Bible and Acting Dean, Charles Mason Bible College. Dr. Ceaser holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Ashworth College in Atlanta, Georgia. He also holds a Bachelors of Theology Degree from the Baltimore College of Bible (Summa Cum Laude) and was the Valedictorian of his graduating class. He holds both a Masters and Doctorate Degrees from the National Theological Seminary and College. Dr Ceaser has also studied Philosophical Theology at Coppin State University. He also studied at Virginia Seminary. He can also be heard preaching on C-P-I Radio.org every Sunday at around 10:30 am. He is a Chaplain with the Baltimore Police Department and is the Associate Minister of The St. Paul Freewill Baptist Church, Elder Terry Holiday is the Pastor. He is married to Pamela Anita Ceaser and has three children, Destinee, Denae, and Grailan Jr. He also has one stepdaughter, Joy Marie and eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren and one Great-Grandson.
